Computer Lab

The Computer/Career Lab is an eight-computer station class space where members are able to come and work on employment applications, resumes and cover letters anytime during our hours of operation.  The Career Center maintains a job board with current employment opportunities, workshops and other vocational announcements.  Information for local employment centers such as Job Link, Santa Rosa Junior College and the Employment Development Department is available. 

Members also have access to free email, copy and fax, daily newspapers and job search assistance.  There are a variety of software programs available for use as well as self-paced tutorial programs.  Members may also utilize the computer lab for on-line applications, health and wellness research and other projects they are pursuing.  We also have Spanish programs for Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Out Look, as well as Rosetta stone programs for learning English/Spanish.

The Career/Computer Lab is open throughout Center hours of operation. (No workshop or classes are required to get assistance with applying for a job).
